Until such time as the Sultan of Brunei removes his inhumane and disgusting law against gay people and people in extra-marital relationships, this magazine will no longer review or promote any exhibition or similar with any link to the Sultan of Brunei. This includes educational institutions linked to the Sultan, galleries named after him or any place owned by the Sultan which has been used as a venue for events not themselves related to Brunei. We would also urge all institutions linked to Brunei to remove links as soon as possible.
These places shore up an evil regime by using cultural soft power, making such institutions complicit in the regime of terror recently instigated.
